- Contact SIMSTICK BEFORE returning any items. We will provide you with an address to return your SIMSTICK to.
- You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
- The product MUST be in new condition and the packed unopened.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'. We will deduct all customs charges that are incurred from any refund if the customer does not clearly write this on the package.
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- ALL refunds will be provided for the total cost of the product(s) but will not include ANY shipping or return costs incurred during or after the purchase of the goods.
- We also reserve the right to charge a 10GBP restocking fee for unwanted products returned.

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. SIMSTICK suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
SIMSTICK will make a refund of eligible returns, minus any shipping costs. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. No returns will be accepted until the customer has agreed in writing with SIMSTICK that a return is to be made..Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. SIMSTICK is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.Transport Damage

It is the customers' responsibility to give SIMSTICK the correct address that can be delivered to and someone is available during the normal working day to receive and sign for the parcel. At the discretion of SIMSTICK returned items due to incorrect addressing or no-one available will be refunded minus ALL shipping and packing costs, plus a 10GBP administration fee.
In 99% of cases our customers received their items within 7 days to most places in the world. However, if your package has not arrived after 14 days please contact the address below and Simstick and we will investigate and advise on the specifics of your shipping status. In the event a parcel is not delivered after the couriers specified period, Simstick will initiate a compensation claim. The terms of this will vary depending on the shipping solution the customer has selected. Please contact Simstick BEFORE any purchase to ensure you are happy with the shipping terms.
