Our Return Policy in short Return Policy

Please contact SIMSTICK before returning any items.

It is the responsibility of that the consumer to control the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts SIMSTICK and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. SIMSTICK suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

SIMSTICK will make a refund of eligible returns, minus any shipping costs. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case. 

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. SIMSTICK is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed or undelivered Packages

It is the customers responsibility to give SIMSTICK the correct address that can be delivered to and someone is available during the normal working day to receive and sign for the parcel. At the discretion of SIMSTICK returned items due to incorrect addressing or no-one available will be refunded minus ALL shipping and packing costs, plus a 10GBP administration fee.

Postage Delays
In 99% of cases our customers received their items within 7 days to most places in the world. However, if your package has not arrived after 14 days please contact the address below and Simstick and we will investigate and advise on the specifics of your shipping status.  In the event a parcel is not delivered after the couriers specified period, Simstick will initiate a compensation claim. The terms of this will vary depending on the shipping solution the customer has selected. Please contact Simstick BEFORE any purchase to ensure you are happy with the terms.
